Here are the answers to some questions that we are often asked.

  

1. Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we do.

We offer Free European Shipping(Chronopost Tracked) for orders over €80 and Free International Shipping (Chronopost International Tracked)  for orders over €100 

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are proud to say that we ship worldwide!

3. What materials is your jewellery made of? 

Our products are either made of Gold-Filled or Gold Vermeil (18ct gold plated over sterling silver) and of wood

4. Are your products handmade?

All our pearl pieces are handmade in our studio in France and all our Gold Vermeil pieces are ethically produced in our factory located in China. 

5. Are your products waterproof?

We would highly recommend you to take care of your jewellery and not to wear them in water or expose them to chemicals to preserve the shine.

6. Can I cancel or change my orders?

Yes, you can. Please send your request to admin@boldbeproud.com.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

7.  Can I retail your products?

8. What currency are your products listed in?

Our products are default listed in EUR and 30 other currencies on our website. You can easily find your currency at the bottom of our page and shop with ease of mind. 

9. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit card or Debit Visa Card
If you have a Boldbeproud account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank. We do not accept prepaid credit cards, Visa/Mastercard gift cards, or Discover cards at this time.

  • Paypal. 
Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the LuvLoops Jewellery site.

HOW MAY I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you have a Boldbeproud account you can directly login and get details for your tracking number 

If you performed a Guest Checkout without an account, you can contact us at admin@boldbeproud.com to find out the status of your order.

Boldbeproud will also inform you of the progress of your order by email.
After confirmation of your order, your local carrier (Chronopost or DHL) will reach out to you to provide an estimated delivery date.
You will then receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the shipment of your order on the carrier's website.

HOW MANY ITEMS MAY I PURCHASE IN ONE ORDER?

Each order can include as many creations as you want
