Where it started
I was pretty much content in my Life, Married with 2 kids. A normal life yet boring.
Back in 2020, I was pregnant for my second child and fell ill, then the pandemic hit the world unexpectedly. I was alone in the Hospital, had to leave my 3 weeks baby home cause she wasn't allow to stay with me at the Hospital. Going through the operations alone, with no visitors made be so insane, sad and depressed and I started to question everything.
Was I good enough? why was I feeling unfulfilled?
I finally came to terms that I had repress myself, I didn't believe in myself, felt like an empty self.
What changed was the fact that, after undergoing 7 major operations in a year, going through so much pain , I decided that I wanted to give myself a chance to do one thing that I was always wanted to do for myself.
Forward 2022, I didn't have a lot of savings, barely €50, but finally decided to buy my first piece of jewellery from my supplier and I was excited , cause that piece of jewellery meant New Beginning, New opportunity for me to feel alive again.. So for the next year, every spare money I HAD, I will buy a sample of jewellery until I finally had a collection 😊
Along this journey, Boldbeproud has brought me immense happiness and joy by connecting with so many of you amazing people through our hand crafted, heartfelt designs. We are here for you, and to hear your stories, celebrate your wins and remind you of your power and be there with you in the lows.
And I am so glad that our jewellery can offer some sort of comfort or celebrations in any way during these moments.
That's why I have never changed my goal of creating a meaningful yet affordable jewellery brand to empower you as much as you have empowered me through this unpredictable journey.
